We provide a comprehensive remodeling service encompassing design, architectural engineering, permit acquisition, material selection, and construction, all seamlessly integrated into a single experience.

  • INITIAL CONSULTATION

    We start with a Discovery Call so we can learn more about your project. If determined a fit, we offer a complimentary in-home consultation. In this meeting, we’ll work with you for up to 60 minutes to
    assess your design needs, discuss priorities and develop a game plan for your
    project. We will also provide you with an itemized estimate. 

  • DESIGN AND PERMITS

    Once we agree to work together and understand what your dream space looks like, we get to work on your design. We help you select all of your materials and make sure you get the best possible design within your budget. We also take care of all plans and paperwork and submit them to the city for permit approval.

  • CONSTRUCTION

    As soon as we have your permit and materials, we will start construction. This is the part that most clients dread – we understand that and make sure we treat your home like it’s our own! You will have a dedicated Project Manager who will answer any of your questions and manage your project from start to finish.
